Kindly refer to your invitation to see if one has been allotted to you. If your assigned plus one is unable to attend, unfortunately our venue limits the head count and we are prioritising people who have really been apart of our journey. Given the location and preparation completed far in advance, we do not have flexibility in our guest list. We appreciate your understanding.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided via 'Napa Valley Tours'. Pick-up will be in front of Hotel Winters at 3:15PM. The last shuttle will be leaving the venue at 10:30.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The short answer is to wear what you're comfortable in. The long answer is that the dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. That generally means cocktail dresses, evening dresses, casual suits, slacks, button-downs, and sports coats (ties or no ties) are all perfect for our wedding.
Please note the ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will include a combination of indoor and outdoor settings including a patio and a lawn during cocktail hour.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive at Park Winters between 3:30-3:45 to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the precession begins at 4pm.
